Lately, it feels like everything is moving faster… and yet, something in us is asking to slow down. Not because we have to. But because something deeper wants to be heard. This meditation is not about stopping your thoughts. It’s about gently moving beyond them. Into a space that is quieter… and more connected to who you really are. During the session, you may notice: 🌿 your body softening 🌿 your breath becoming more natural 🌿 your awareness expanding beyond the mind Not forced. Just allowed.
